Mazda 3 headlight repair mostly means two jobs: clearing moisture that keeps collecting inside the unit, and fitting a new cover where the old one has clouded or split. Both are carried out on the headlight from your car, so it still matches the other side.
Moisture that collects inside the unit
A Mazda3 parked outside overnight may show a faint fog that disappears after a short drive. That is condensation doing what it does in any headlight.
Beads of water that are still there at lunchtime, or a line of dirty residue along the lower edge, point to an open seal. The cover is lifted, the joint cut back to clean plastic, the inside dried and the lens sealed down again.

A cover that has turned dull and pitted lets less light through and scatters what does get out. Once there is a crack, rain will follow it inside before long.
